Jeffrey Emanuel Garcia
Jeffrey Emanuel Garcia holds a J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law (2016). He began his career defending Fortune 500 companies and major insurance carriers — experience that gave him direct insight into how large companies evaluate risk and approach settlement. He now applies that same insight on behalf of the individuals, families, and businesses he represents, in matters ranging from financial disputes, personal injury, and employment matters, to custody and divorce.
He founded Garcia Litigation Group in October 2024 after several years at national law firms, where he served as outside corporate defense counsel. His experience handling defense-side litigation and complex civil disputes now informs how he approaches every case for the firm's clients—with the rigor, discipline, and strategic focus of a large-firm defense.
Based in Lawndale, he represents clients throughout Southern California and across California in custody, divorce, and support matters, as well as personal injury, employment, and civil litigation. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
